This is a Unit with a high volume of cases and several court calendars scheduled per week. Deputy Attorneys General in this Unit are responsible for prosecuting both juvenile delinquency and truancy cases.Job RequirementsA qualified candidate’s strengths will include knowledge of criminal law and procedure, the ability to evaluate criminal cases, determine resolutions, and anticipate legal issues with the ability to research accurately and effectively. Candidates must have the ability to learn and apply the relevant laws and court rules. Candidates must also have or be able to develop a good working relationship with other Deputy Attorneys General, support staff and Court personnel.
