Hold a science or technical degree, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or other engineering disciplines.Possess a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school or be currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.Maintain admission to the USPTO Patent Bar or demonstrate eligibility to sit for the USPTO Patent Bar.Education
Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field (Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, etc.)Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications
