A law firm seeks an experienced eDiscovery Review Attorney to join its Litigation & E-Discovery Services team in Los Angeles. This role will involve managing complex document review processes, supervising temporary review teams, and guiding litigation case teams in electronic discovery workflows. This position requires expertise in legal technology, project management, and proficiency with eDiscovery review platforms to ensure efficient and accurate management of electronic documents and data in litigation.Duties:

Oversee and execute strategic document review processes, including managing document production and quality control.Support case teams in developing and maintaining document review protocols, training team members, and monitoring review status.Advise on best practices for handling electronically stored information (ESI) in litigation, regulatory investigations, and similar legal matters.Collaborate with the firm’s contract professionals director to recruit and manage temporary review attorneys.Supervise temporary attorneys, providing feedback, ensuring quality control, and addressing any issues that arise.Perform detailed document reviews using platforms like Relativity, including relevance coding, confidentiality tagging, and privilege review.Conduct privilege reviews, redactions, and preparation of privilege logs.Support case teams in fact development through targeted searches, assisting in deposition preparation.Collaborate with other eDiscovery team members on final quality assurance to confirm adherence to workflows.Develop and recommend cost-effective strategies for document review, including keyword and sampling methods.Maintain knowledge of evolving eDiscovery practices, particularly regarding federal and state rules of civil procedure.Work closely with litigation support professionals to enhance services, improve efficiency, and mitigate risk.Travel to other offices and client sites as required.Requirements:

Active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence.Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex litigation document review and eDiscovery project management.Proficiency with document review platforms, especially relational databases like Relativity.Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as necessary.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:
