IT Program Manager
The Metamorphosis Group, Inc. (TMG) is seeking a qualified Task Order IT Program Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Assist, lead and participate in developing technical systems/software modeling standards, guidelines, best practices and approved techniques/approaches in support of an Agile, cloud-based project.Lead the implementation teams with creating physical and logical data models.Advise project, application and other relative teams to assure alignment with enterprise data strategy.Collaborate with business and users to advise the development of design specifications that will improve the performance, usability and effectiveness of customer-facing interfaces and operability.Create, execute and perform technical project work plans.Responsible for the technical project (resources & scheduling) for solution delivery.Responsible for communicating project status to customer and coordinating control gates.Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Must have demonstrated ability to interact on a daily basis with all levels of personnel.MUST BE US CITIZENMUST HAVE ACTIVE TS/SCI with FSPUS Veterans PreferredQualificationsBachelor's degree and ten (10) years of related experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.Must have work experience with O&M of IC technology projects for technical software/systems engineering & architecture.Experience leading technical software/systems development life-cycle in Agile environment.Proven experience leading and working on systems/software engineering technical development and integration projects.Experience in preparing documentation for technical and process projects, and briefs.Ability to build cost estimates, schedules, and work breakdown structures.Ability to build project schedules and allocate resources as needed.Experience developing both technical & functional requirements.Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Desired QualificationsExperience with Primavera TeamPlay and/or Microsoft Project.Familiarity with project management approaches and methodologies (e.g. Project Management Framework (PMF) and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)).Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with Scrum.PMP certification.Scrum Master or Agile certified.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, such as office equipment.Technical RequirementsCan troubleshoot basic computer or communication issues. Able to perform pivot tables and advanced functionalities. Master at Excel/similar spreadsheets.
