Description: You will be the Software Engineer for the Mission Systems and Software team. Our team is within Mission Control Systems organization under Combat Systems and uses a wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the software field to develop, integrate, and test software products for Advanced Development Programs. The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Software Development and Testing to be a part of a team that will carry on our 75+ year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development. What You Will Be Doing As the Software Engineer you will be responsible for all phases of developing software solutions for Command & Control Systems. Your responsibilities will include: Generating requirements, system and software design and implementation Integrating and flight test events Adjudicating change requests as the software is updated, tested, and integrated. Participating in integration activities that will include a multitude of host systems, such as live assets of varying capability and structure, simulated systems, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations. Basic Qualifications: C++ programming experience Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Desired Skills: Object Oriented Programming Agile Software Development Software Development Tools (e.g. Visual Studio, Eclipse) Atlassian Tools (e.g. Stash, Jira) UI/UX Software Development Experience with Complex Algorithms and/or Artificial Intelligence Service Oriented Architecture Knowledge Linux and Windows Operating Systems Configuration Management Systems (e.g. Git) System test and Integration experience Security Clearance Statement:

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $70,500 - $135,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Benefits offered:
