Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and more!What You Will Get To Do:Act as the project manager; planning, coordinating the execution, and defining project timelines across different functions in the organization to have a roadmap of what deliverables are planned for each quarterPartner with leaders from the Sales organization to solve business problems with process and technology enhancementsTranslate technology solutions into Salesforce business requirements and work with IT to develop, test, and deploy solutionsProvide deep Salesforce.com expertiseHelp define Sales excellence best practices in the Sales OrganizationIndependently lead Sales Process and Technology Optimization projectsBe the expert on the intersection between sales process, sales tools, Salesforce, and enablementSupport Salesforce data cleansing activitiesProvide reporting and data analysis support for Sales LeadershipProvide escalation support for the tier one Sales Support teamPartner with Sales Enablement to support end-user training and communicationsWhat You Will Bring:5+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Revenue OperationsExperience leading process optimization projects from conception through value realizationExperience leading Sales Technology projectsHighly knowledgeable in Marketing and Sales processes best practicesBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Marketing, Sales, or BusinessAdditionally, you may have experience and knowledge of these platforms:MarketoSalesforce CPQOpenpriseIncentive Compensation Management software (Spiff, Xactly, etc.)Sales Execution Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator)Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
