Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.Represent clients effectively in various settings, including court, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Oversee a diverse caseload, managing multiple cases with attention to detail and priority.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters.Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, judges, mediators, and arbitrators.Engage in case planning and strategy discussions to optimize litigation outcomes.Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with a strong academic background.Admission to the South Carolina State Bar.5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in commercial insurance coverage disputes.Education
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from a recognized and accredited law school.Certifications
Active membership and good standing with the South Carolina State Bar.Skills
