That’s what makes us Roche.Job Facts:As a Senior Manager, Employee Communications, you will be the business partner responsible for driving effective and efficient change management communications for the service and support organization, Roche Support Network, that distills and disseminates vision, mission, values, brand and strategy, in collaboration with c-suite level executives and the core leadership team.Under the direction of Head of PR and Employee Communications, you will draw on your proven expertise in internal, customer and change management communications to help the Roche Support Network bring their story to life as you articulate and proliferate our unique culture. You will craft communications strategies that help connect people to our shared mission and one another. In this role, you will apply your creativity, writing and visual mastery to help innovate and elevate both employee and customer experiences.The Opportunity:
Develop and implement internal, customer and change management communications strategies with a focus on creating and increasing employee engagement, building community, driving business imperatives and reinforcing corporate culture and values.Support implementation and ensure delivery of holistic communications for site and field based employees through town halls, and internal channels such as intranet, digital signage, internal emails and Gsites.Bring communications strategies to life through integrated, compelling content and visual storytelling across channels and audiences.Serve as a collaborative partner with colleagues on the broader Commercial Enablement team to help drive integrated communications execution.Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications or related field.8 years marketing, communications or related business experience.Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in English, communications, journalism, public relations or related field.Proven excellence in writing, communications planning, strategy and visual storytelling, including backend technical aspects.Proven experience in internal, customer and change management communications.Communications leadership of a large organizational transformation.Service/support communications experience and ownership.Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with all levels of employees, particularly executives.High level of personal accountability, sense of urgency and true belief in the power of communications.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is 98,400 and 182,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
