Commercial real estate experience is pertinent to the roleTitle and survey review is requiredGeneral experience with due diligence processes prior to a closing, is requiredOur client is seeking a qualified candidate with experience in commercial real estate due diligence. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and responsibilities:Due Diligence Review : Analyze commercial real estate documents, including title, survey, zoning, organizational documents, resolutions, and UCC/litigation searches.Document Drafting : Prepare estoppel certificates and Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment agreements (SNDAs).Abstracting : Abstract complex recorded title documents such as ground leases, CCRs, and easements.Closing Coordination : Manage, coordinate, and track closing and post-closing documents effectively.Communication : Interface directly with title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel.Independent Work : Work well independently while managing multiple deadlines and workflows.Detail-Oriented : Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all tasks.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
