Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes usingInformatica PowerCenter and related technologies.Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts tounderstand data requirements and translate them into effective ETL solutions.Manage a team of ETL developers, providing technical leadership, guidance,and mentoring.Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of ETL pipelines forvarious data sources and targets, ensuring data integrity and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and transformation issues,optimizing ETL processes for efficiency and scalability.Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure quality andcompliance with standards.Ensure data security and privacy policies are implemented throughout the ETLprocess.Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure projectmilestones are met and delivered on time.Provide ongoing support for production data pipelines, troubleshooting issuesas they arise.Stay current with industry trends, ETL tools, and technologies, and recommendimprovements.Qualifications:Must have experience working as a Technical Lead in the project.Must have at least 8-10 years of Informatica ETL development experience with good Oracle database background.Must have experience in Informatica Powerexchange and Powercenter.SQL, Shell scripting, UNIX/Linux commandsMust be proficient in building data integration between systems/applications, building complex data aggregation, and transformation logic. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.Must be proficient in data analysis – MUST HAVE EXPERIENCEMust be good on data warehousingMust have very strong experience with CA7 scheduling toolVery strong programming and debugging skills.Reporting experience is highly recommended.Very strong communication skillsStrong Documentation skills requiredStrong Banking Domain knowledge is good to have.
