Please utilize the formatting Data Collection : Unit Information : ( insert name ) Location: Methodist Children’s Hospital Address: 7700 Floyd Curl Floor: PEDI PACU Building: Children’s tower General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds - 14 Number of Staff – 6-7 Type of staff : Day Shift – 1 charge, 4-5 staff RN, 1 PCA Night Shift - 1 11-7 RN Patient Ratios – 1 RN per 2 patients Type of equipment – stethoscope EMR - meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. pacu experience ACLS and PALS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Pediatric experience Adult experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Recovering pediatric patients and completing phase I and phase II Will be exposed to recovering adult patients, but primarily pediatric Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - light blue or dark blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines .
