Parking is paid for and in the buildingLHH is looking for a mid-senior level plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal, with experience with motor vehicle accident pre-litigation and litigationMust Haves:OR only cases so OR experience is neededPre lit- medical records, medical chronologies, demand letter writing, dealing with liens and medical bills, filings5+ years of personal injury experienceOK being in the office 5 days per weekBillable:
Zero billable hours/they are 100% contingency basedBenefits:$600/month for medical, dental, and vision- this covers mid-tier selection (They have 3 insurance plans to choose from), Blue Cross BlueShield/Regence, and Delta DentalThe life insurance policy is just given to the person401K (they can do Roth or traditional)- they match 100% up to 3% and 4-5%, they match 50% so if someone puts in 5%, the firm gives 4%$40/month for cell phone reimbursement$30/month for gym membershipWine club membership is freeDisability plan LTD is covered by the firmPTO: to start--- 2 weeks accrued + 5 days sick time, goes up from there over time but they are flexible if someone has to have 3 weeks accrued to start if they are an A+ paralegalHolidays: paid holidays-standard + Juneteenth if it is on a weekdayBest tech equipmentInterview Process:
