Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This senior-level position will play a key role in supporting the global HR function by developing, implementing, and managing HR policies, programs, and processes that align with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HR best practices, have strong expertise in talent management and organizational development, and excel at influencing key stakeholders across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Policy Development:Lead the development, implementation, and communication of global HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensure consistency across regions while accommodating local requirements and business needs.
- HR Advisory & Support:Provide expert guidance to senior leadership, managers, and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure HR processes are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Act as a trusted advisor, helping business leaders understand and implement company policies and HR best practices.
- Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees globally. Act as a key partner to integrate HR solutions that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Insights:Conduct research and analysis on HR-related data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements. Use data to influence decision-making and ensure the HR strategy is aligned with business needs.
- Program Implementation & Improvement:Design, implement, and continuously improve HR programs and initiatives, such as talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement, ensuring they support business goals and enhance organizational performance.
- Change Management:Partner with business leaders to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with HR strategy.
- Training & Development:Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and implement training programs that drive employee engagement, leadership capability, and high-performance culture.
- Global Experience:Leverage global experience to implement solutions that meet the needs of diverse cultures and business environments. Effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multi-region, global business environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:5-8 years of professional HR experience, with at least 3 years in a global HR role. Strong background in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
- Knowledge & Expertise:Deep professional expertise in HR processes, policies, and practices with a solid understanding of global HR issues and regulations. Proficiency in driving organizational development and implementing HR programs in a global context.
- Skills:Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership, managers, and employees across regions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Certifications:A professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory. A demonstrated ability to manage complex HR challenges with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Global Experience:Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments, with the ability to adapt HR programs and solutions to meet regional needs and diverse workforces.

Essential Functions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Position constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, copier, and printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with employees to give instructions. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
