Potential management incentive planJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Human Resources to join our growing organization. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic HR policies and programs, manage recruitment and staffing, oversee training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with CA employment laws. You will also be responsible for HR budget development and associated programs, labor relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to make sound financial decisions, and a strong understanding of labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving employee programs, driving employee engagement, and collaborating effectively with other departments.Responsibilities: Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals. Manage recruitment and staffing processes to attract and retain top talent. Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with CA employment laws and labor laws to mitigate legal risks. Develop and manage the HR budget and associated programs to support the company's financial objectives. Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies and practices with business objectives. Develop, review, and improve employee programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Make financial decisions surrounding HR to support the company's financial objectives. Foster a positive workplace culture to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Supervise and guide HR management to ensure the effective execution of HR strategies and practices. Design and implement standardized onboarding processes to enhance new employee experience and productivity. Manage labor relations to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in the Accounting + Finance industry. Proven experience in compliance and CA employment laws. Strong experience in training and development, recruitment and staffing, and HR budget development and associated programs. Solid experience in strategic HR planning, developing and implementing human resources policies, benefits administration, and collaboration with other departments. Proven ability to develop, review, or improve employee programs. Strong financial acumen to make sound financial decisions surrounding HR. Solid understanding of labor laws. Proven experience in designing and implementing standardized onboarding processes. Strong budget management and performance management skills. Excellent employee relations skills. Proven experience in supervising and guiding HR management. Strong experience in driving employee engagement and hiring employees. Solid experience in labor relations.
