Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The Systems Engineering Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE).The Radar Systems (RS) Department is seeking two EASR IPT Leads to support the following ship classes: (1) CVN

If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities to anticipate:The IPT Lead will be responsible for the overall execution of their ship class across all disciplinesWill drive priorities within ship class and coordinates the integrated effortWill have cost accountability for the ship class – aligns product EACs with SOW paragraph funding and contract valuesWill help with technical and programmatic coordination across the engineering teams, CE, PMO and the customer for the ship classCoordinates closely with the Program Manager(s) regarding budget and scheduleWorks with Government counterparts to understand status, schedules, priorities and objectives for eventsHelps manage suppliers for the ship class working along side supply chain functionManages staffing for the IPT working with different disciplinesCoordinate, write, and deliver technical briefs to both internal and external customersQualifications You Must Have :Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM). An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: A Master’s Degree can account for 2 years of experience as required for this position.. A Ph.D. can account for 5 years of experience as required for this position.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in related Systems Engineering or Multi-Disciplined Engineering
Proven Experience effectively leading multidisciplinary teams of engineering professionals
Experience leading teams and IPT’s, using tools and metrics in managing activities, and interfacing with senior program and functional management
Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher
Qualifications We Value:Ability to travel to support the program needs as necessary
Self-starter – proactive in determining goals and objectives and pursuing the necessary course of action
Experience as Team Lead, or CAM on previous programs
Experience in preparing customer and/or management level briefings
Excellent communication skills with prior experience presenting to customers and senior leadership
Experience in schedule development, action item management, requirement change management and overall development and progress metrics
Working knowledge of the Raytheon Technologies’ products and services
Experience working with external stake-holders; Suppliers, USG, or other partners
EVMS Certified (or equivalent)
Proposal support experience including writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
Knowledge navigating the organization and working with stakeholders across the company to develop solutions to key program challenges

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
