Purpose

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms is responsible for working and directly engaging with Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) to develop and maintain the technical capabilities required to support HMA business objectives. Business and Technical acumen will be critical in articulating to HMA executives the business advantages that stem from prudent technology investment. Responsible for business transformation and overseeing critical deliverables, such as business capabilities and value streams. In this capacity, this role will work with senior HMA and HAEA executives to develop an IT roadmap, influence overall IT funding levels, maximize development efficiency, and expedite time to market for all key IT processes. In addition, this job will be responsible for building detailed business cases, managing technology and vendor selection, and socializing the importance of a given initiative to HMA and HAEA senior leadership. Success will require sophisticated process, technology, and project management skills, as well as strong analytical skills. Major Responsibilities

Align strategic objectives and tactical demands, synergizing with other business entities, and assisting in the technology enablement. Understand current state of HMA enterprise and identify areas for improvement. Reviewing, analyzing, evaluating ideas, projects and opportunities to develop new products, new technologies and business models for the business segments. Collaborating across business segments to both find opportunities for and showcase ideas in the Innovation and emerging business pipeline. Major Responsibilities (continued)

Creating business architecture models demonstrating how products, operations and systems interoperate within the organization. Provide overall direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to effectively support business strategy. Collaborate with IT architecture team in developing an IT framework that aligns with the business needs. Function as a liaison to Business and IT partners to gain a broad understanding of industry trends and innovations, and their impact on technology Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement. Engage with HMA business divisions to fully understand their IT needs and work collaboratively to identify and scope a solution to meet those needs. Lead the collection and propagation of new and leading technologies that will provide HMA with a competitive advantage in the industry. Manage and foster the relationship between HMA and Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA). Manage the creation, collection and reporting of key performance metrics necessary to ensure optimal IT maintenance and development. Authority

This position is expected to provide critical thinking to propose ideas or solutions that are in the best interest for the HMA organization. Hiring, termination, approving timecards and other Manager related duties are required for this position. Education

Related Experience

Eight or more years in business analysis, business architecture, solutions architecture roles required Experience visualizing growth, building high-level models for future analysis, and maturing the current business architecture required Experience creating and presenting executive facing presentations required Automotive industry experience a plus. Some experience in Automotive Sales, Distribution, Service/Warranty, Customer Experience a plus. Management consulting experience a plus. Supervisory experience a plus. Skills/Knowledge

Ability to translate complex subject into actionable recommendations. Strong analytical skills and mastery of analytical tools (e.g. Excel, SAS, etc.). The ability to manage by influence as well as authority. Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities. Ability to identify/quantify business opportunity as it applies to technology. Ability to assess operational and strategic strengths and make recommendations to leverage or augment strengths and weaknesses. Strong written and oral communication skills. Certification

$107,800.00 - $154,000.00 Annual
