Social Media Management:• Assist in managing and updating the team's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).• Create and schedule engaging content, including live game updates, behind-the-scenes footage, promotions, and community initiatives.• Tag and promote any sponsors of the game and sponsored on-field promotions.• Collaborate with other interns to create fun and engaging content• Interact with fans on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages
Content Creation:• Capture and edit photos and videos during games, events, and community activities.• Upload all photos and videos to a Google Drive, accessible to other interns and office staff.• Generate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.• Develop creative ideas, captions, and visual assets (images, videos, graphics) to accompany posts.• Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice and guidelines of the Sussex County Miners.
Reporting and Analysis:• Compile weekly and monthly reports on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and present findings to the marketing team.• Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed to achieve social media objectives.
