As a Business Development Representative or University Partnerships Executive as we call them, you will help drive Unibuddy's future growth by building relationships with prospective universities and helping to turn them into happy and successful users of Unibuddy.What you'll be doingManage the very start of the sales process, acting as the first point of contact for many institutions.You will nurture and qualify inbound leads, source new qualified leads to deliver to the sales team, and re-invigorate leads that have grown cold.You will be responsible for developing opportunities across the US working with the team to identify key target markets, sectors, and organizations.Researching target markets to identify the right organizations for us to approach.Developing and executing outbound phone and email sales campaigns to reach our target audience.Managing the lead flow process before and after events that we attend and run.Developing our outreach programs with new innovations to further develop our sales success.This might be for you ifYou have some previous experience in an outbound sales role or client-facing role where you've consistently hit and exceeded your targets.You want to help us experiment and build a better way using your experience working in SaaS or technology.You're confident communicating with a wide range of customers.Bonus, but we can upskill you further

Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 plus uncapped commission.Hybrid working arrangement. Our team meets 2 days a week in a WeWork in Manhattan, NYC.25 days of PTO plus national holidays.One special day of your choice (birthday, engagement, wedding) off per year, additional days off based on tenure and 4 additional days at the end of the year for a company-wide shutdown!Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave.Health insurance for you, and contributions for your family. Dental and vision optional.401(K) matched 6%.Life Insurance
