Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance issues.Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in VirginiaMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate law.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
