Company Description

MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Description

This position reports directly to the Director of People Operations. Facilitates tasks and compliance from the candidate's acceptance to the candidate's orientation to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Introduces candidate to the Company's inclusive workplace culture and creates a favorable impression of the Company. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks on the day-to-day employee issues and enforces organization policies and practicesProvides administrative/clerical support to the human resources department and recruiting teamOversees new hire on-boarding/off-boarding procedures including new hire paperwork, employee orientation, processing background checks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and submittedAssists in organizing, coordinating, and executing human resource projects and processes for the organizationCreates and performs regular audits by generating reports to ensure accuracy and compliance, and to accurately respond to HR data requestsEnsure candidate records reflect current work status and correct demographic informationCoordinate with the recruiting team and other support staff to ensure employees are adhering to local, state, and federal standardsEnter all new hire data, ensuring the integrity of all data enteredSupports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectivelyPerforms all other duties delegated by the Director of People OperationsQualifications
