Multi-Cultural Marketing Manager
Every year the Los Angeles Rams bring together millions of fans across the country and around the world as we play for the chance to be named the best team in the NFL. The Rams are searching for a highly skilled and driven Multi-Cultural Marketing Manager to continue to push our brand to new heights. In this role, you will report directly to our Senior Manager of Brand Strategy with a focus on developing and executing a comprehensive multi-year multicultural strategy that drives growth and engagement of the Rams brand in Los Angeles. This role will lead our efforts on all existing multicultural platforms, including but not limited to using market insights to develop briefs and drive creative production and run project execution across media, experiential/events, sponsorships, and community outreach.

Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of multicultural platforms and working closely with our internal teams on the performance metrics reporting (KPIs) for multicultural marketing projects.Assist in creating, developing, and implementing persuasive programs or projects to promote brand credibility and create authentic positioning in market.Advise and support internal corporate education efforts around multicultural awareness to improve employee inclusivity and engagement.Compile and contribute to weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and analytics of projects.Maintain an awareness of changing marketing trends, consumer attitudes, and opinions to assist in the evaluation of new program proposals.Communicate effectively, coach and develop staff.Miscellaneous projects and requests needed to assist in the success of the Los Angeles Rams brand.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in multicultural marketing, as well as a strong understanding of the Los Angeles sports landscape.You must also have a proven track record of success in developing and executing multicultural campaigns and platforms with an understanding of the importance of multicultural audiences.Additionally, you must be a team player who can work collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of the campaigns.Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/yr.
