Director of Infrastructure

to join a rapidly growing MSP based out of

San Francisco ,

CA area . This individual will oversee large scale network infrastructure specific projects.

Essential Duties of the Director of Infrastructure

:

Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentOffer expert technical guidance and best practices tailored to the learned business goals of our clientsLead the design, implementation, and optimization of network solutions, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and scalability standardsBuild and manage a team that manages complex projects from initiation through deliveryQualifications of the Director of Infrastructure

:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and optimizing large scale network and security solutions8+ years of experience with other Cisco solutions in areas such as data center, collaboration, wireless, IoT5+ years of experience in consulting, presales, or customer-facing roles at a VARCompensation for the Director of Infrastructure

:

$180,000-$200,000 (based on experience)Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidaysHybrid work schedule (once a week)
