IAM - Analyst - Contract to Hire, No 3rd party resumes please.Location: NYC/NJcan be a remote position, but t will be required to work EST business hours and he/she might be required to come to the NYC or NJ office on occasion.
This role would be joining the Global Identity Access Management Business Process Management (IAM) Team as an IAM Analyst and will primarily interface with our global workforce to support the Identity Access Management function. The objective is to ensure the needs of our global users from an identity access management perspective are met and business, audit, and compliance requirements are met on a timely basis. The resource will bring to the table hands-on expertise in dealing with business users, a customer first attitude, and a very strong understanding of IGA platforms and the Application and privilege access management processes.
Skills:• Experience Identity Access Management projects as a business systems analyst - requirements gathering, data analysis, data visualization, documentation, business process workflow diagrams, critical thinking, problem solving, research, and teamwork/collaboration skills.• Ability to manage a business population with varying levels of understanding in Identity Access Management• Hands-on experience in application and privilege access management tools such as SailPoint, and CyberArk platform• Work experience in with global (onshore/near shore/offshore) teams• Excellent presentation and communication skills• Experience as a business systems analyst in enterprise environment• Historic expertise of working on SailPoint certifications, Separation of Duties, Native Changes, Onboarding, Offboarding, and other system functions• Good understanding of Identity Access management terminology and standards• Excellent business communication and documentation skills• Strong knowledge of entitlement reviews staging configuration (People Manager, Entitlement Owner, Application Owner, platform owner)• Understanding of role engineering and role-based access controls (RBAC)• Understanding different technologies such as RACF Mainframe, AIX/UNIX, Linux, AWS, Entra, Active Directory, Databases (MSSQL, MySQL etc), Windows, IBM ISIM LDAP, OKTA, Splunk and others• Knowledge of LDAP/Directory Services, RACF Mainframe, Web-Service Restful APIs, Delimited feed file, JDBC based SailPoint integrations.• Advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis• Experience working in SAFe Agile environment, and be self-starter in taking initiative to recommend solutions to problems• Detail oriented and ability to self-manage projects
