**Job Title:** Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
**Job Specialty:** Ortho/Neuro/Spine/General Surgery
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours/Week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
**License:** Valid compact or state nursing license in hand at time of submission
**Certifications:** EPIC, BCLS
**Must-Have:** Experience in Level 1 trauma centers and extensive scrub experience.
**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care during surgical procedures.- Circulate and scrub with a focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases.- Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC.- Comply with necessary health and safety protocols, including the required flu vaccine (medical exemptions only).
**Preferred Experience:**
- Experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, and Burns.
**Additional Information:**
- Compliance with fingerprinting processes is essential for onboarding, with specific requirements for candidates outside the local area.- Candidates must accommodate any required travel for fingerprinting promptly.- Time-off requests should be submitted with the initial candidate submission and included in the contract.- Orientation includes 24 hours of integration without billable charges.
