DescriptionThe DarkStar Group is seeking a Project Integrator with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in McLean, VA. Below is an overview of the project, as well as information on our company, our benefits, and our $25,000 referral program.
THE PROGRAMThe DarkStar Group is a member of 100% of the winning teams for the largest technology program in the Intel Community. We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. THE PROJECTThe Sponsor operates as a frontline resource, protecting its parent organization equities from internal and external security threats. The Sponsor conducts technical risk assessments and provides technical risk mitigation guidance on the use of various enabling technologies supporting the broader organization's enterprise and operational activities. These technologies range from commercial to customized IT-based products and solutions, to include endpoint devices, applications, networked systems and supporting infrastructures, and system architectures. The Sponsor requires support developing processes and software tools to improve its Knowledge Management, Information Management, and Task Management activities, and creating requirements for software application(s) that provide work flow management and monitoring of projects and initiatives.
THE ROLE
The Contractor shall conduct a variety of information technology (IT) and information management (IM) activities as directed by Sponsor management.The Contractor shall participate in Sponsor working groups focusing on CI and cyber security issues relating to IT systems and devices.The Contractor shall review and respond to Sponsor action items addressing IT and Sponsor security related issues.The Contractor shall assist, as directed, in the management of system and software applications to support Sponsor's Knowledge Management, Information Management and Task Management activities.The Contractor shall assist in requirements collection and analysis, identifying software applications meeting Sponsor requirements, configuring the application(s) for Sponsor usage, training plan development and end-user training.The Contractor shall conduct research and identify cyber security focused articles, technical reviews and technical guidance articles for Sponsor's Knowledge Management.The Contractor shall identify and collect cyber security focused knowledge articles, technical reviews, and technical guidance articles from Sponsor and other sources, as well as the Internet, to be posted on the Sponsor's existing blog or website.The Contractor shall respond to taskings relating to CI and cyber security issues from the Sponsor's Front Office.Required Skills
Demonstrated experience with cyber security policy.Demonstrated experience with Information Management for organization of and control over the structure, processing, and delivery of information.Demonstrated project management experience.Demonstrated experience with requirements collection, analysis and definition.Demonstrated experience serving operational missions in an operational or technical capability.Demonstrated experience working closely and cooperatively with varied counterparts.Desired Skills (Optional)
Demonstrated experience with Sponsor IT system development; understanding relevant policies and procedures guiding IT systems development.Demonstrated experience with Sponsor cyber security and CI policy.Demonstrated experience performing complex problem management research and issue resolution with the Sponsor's infrastructure.Demonstrated experience with system or process evaluations, to include identifying measures or indicators of system or process performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system or process.Demonstrated experience with configuration management.Demonstrated experience using software such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar application to create user stories, plan sprints, or track work requirements.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.About The DarkStar Group
