Nature of Work:

Responsible for the successful execution of Nuggets marketing programs, activations and event-based platforms.

Key Duties:Oversee and manage Nuggets marketing event platforms and initiatives, such as theme nights, watch parties, fan fests, etc.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure promotional elements are in place for game nights and marketing activationsMaintain relationships with promotional partners and explore potential new relationshipsUse marketing performance data to create campaign/promotional recaps and inform ongoing decision makingSupport the marketing team, ticketing, and sponsorship through all event-based initiativesResearch new event-based opportunities that align or extend the Nuggets brandCreate in-season and off-season grassroot event-based activations that align themselves with the Nugget's brandResearch and establish unique event-based activations that will increase exposure among untapped demographics and mediaWork with business intelligence and digital to measure the success of event-based efforts and capture data effectivelyCommunicate with outside vendors to plan and execute meaningful activationsCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Sponsorship, Ticket Sales, Game Presentation, etc.) on specific projectsSupport the marketing team, ticketing, and sponsorship through all initiatives. Research new opportunities that align or extend the Nuggets brandWorking Conditions & Physical Demands:

Bachelor's DegreeExceptional communication and organizational skills1-2 years' experience in event marketing, preferredExperience developing and managing 3rd party negotiations and relationshipsStrong attention to detailExperience working cross-functionally, inter-departmentally, including ticketing, sponsorship, digital, and CSRSkill in word processing and spreadsheet programs (MS Word and Excel preferred)Skill in Microsoft Power Point for presentationsCompetencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
