Are you dedicated to serving in a Christ-centered environment and ready to make a difference every day? At Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa (CCCM), we're looking for an organized and service-oriented Operations Coordinator who will provide vital support to our Executive Director of Operations (EXDO) and Facilities team. Your role will help keep our campus running smoothly, allowing CCCM to continue its mission of sharing the love of Christ with our community.

Position Purpose:

Serve as the primary support to the Executive Director of Operations (EXDO), ensuring the efficient daily operations of CCCM. In this role, you will relieve the EXDO of administrative details; monitor assigned activities; and provide information, recommendations and/or direction as requested by the EXDO. You will also provide collaborative administration of daily campus facilities needs with the Facilities Manager, all while reflecting the heart of our ministry in each task and interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the EXDO and Facilities Manager with high-level administrative tasks, including research, reporting, and coordination.Schedule, prepare, and attend meetings, serving as the communication bridge between departments.Oversee routine and emergency maintenance requests, ensuring our campus remains a welcoming and functional environment.Respond to tenants and vendors, providing prompt and thoughtful solutions to their needs.Submit vendor invoices, manage vehicle maintenance, and collaborate with the Accounting team to maintain accurate records.Manage cyberkey systems for campus staff and coordinate vehicle logistics.Plan and execute hospitality and event logistics for board meetings and leadership events.What You'll Need to Succeed:

Qualifications

Requirements / Qualifications / Education

Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.At least four years of related experience required.Desire to help and serve CCCM staff and volunteers.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function effectively in at times high-paced environment with discretion and diplomacy.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the aptitude to quickly learn new or updated software. Able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute.Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.Proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis and perform all other related work delegated or required to accomplish the objectives of the ministry.Occasional irregular hours may be required in emergency or event situations.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
