Job Description
The Global Mobility Analyst assists with the administration of the global mobility program. This includes domestic and international relocation support, immigration, tax assistance, compensation, and expatriate administration.
The position will serve as a point of contact for Human Resources colleagues and works with external vendors to support all areas of the Global Expatriate Program. This position is accountable for delivering the Global Mobility program including policy compliance.
What You Will Do:Assist with the management of global mobility activities for expatriates, domestic and international transfers including expatriate compensation administration, immigration, relocation, and taxation.Manage immigration life cycle for all inbound US, Canada and Mexico employees including visas, work permits, and permanent residency.Partner closely with external immigration counsels to initiate, track, and review immigration cases, ensuring high level standards.Work closely with internal partners including Recruiting, HR Operations, Payroll and Legal on cross-functional processes.Work with vendors to ensure SLAs are achieved, service enhancement and issue resolution.Provide subject matter expertise and timely data updates on all global mobility matters with the ability to influence and advise key stakeholders.Manage data flow between third-party providers; invoice reconciliation and data entry.Perform regular global mobility audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.3-5 years of experience preferred.GPHR certification preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong customer service and attention to detailStrong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and organizational skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skills and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently and within a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be able to handle confidential informationDevelops process and procedure as necessaryMust exercise sound judgment when reviewing requests for exceptions to policyExperience with global HR Systems (Expatriate Technology & Global Mobility Systems)Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of requestsSome understanding of expatriate compensation, expatriate tax, relocation, and immigration matters.Strong skills in business partnering and managing external providersObtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System.
Reporting Relationships:
The incumbent reports to a Manager, Director, or Executive level position. This position does not have any direct reports.
