Marketing & Advertising Associate

We need a Marketing & Advertising Associateto join our team on a full-timebasis. The primary responsibilities of the Marketing & Advertising Associate role includes learning how to lead the division, managing and supervising all aspects of a telecommunications marketing campaign, the client relationship, as well as developing the client's pipeline with new business. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in communications, and the ability to think one step ahead of our clients to exceed their marketing and brand needs.

Marketing & Advertising Associate Responsibilities:

Manage the execution of marketing programs as well as assume direct responsibility for the quality of workProvide strategic counsel to clients and account teamAnticipate clients' strategic needs, both long and short termPlan and run strategic client meetingsConsistently offer value and add counselFunction as the primary contact for client accounts OR communicate with clients at the senior level to build and maintain relationshipsRetain and develop current accounts to increase revenueSupervise account staff in their daily activities, provide structure and instruction for balancing their workloadsMotivate, mentor, and guide professional development of staffAssume fiscal responsibility for division, accounts, and teamActively participate and guide the operations and future course of division and agencyMarketing & Advertising Associate Qualifications:

Prior agency experienceBA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldDetail-oriented and results-orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
