You will be supporting the Range Rover Brand Director with analytics for business performance, global business initiatives, and internal and external presentation materials.
What you will be doing:Leading the optimisation and implementation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the local market, working with the global House of Brands to bring global direction to lifeManaging the market-specific product roadmap aligning with the global House of Brands product roadmapManaging the gathering of local market intelligence on product performance and communicate this with the House of Brands team and local market functionsCollaborating with other teams within the local market to ensure end-to-end performance for the brandPlanning and delivering local product and services releases aligned to global House of Brands requirementsManaging and optimizing product performance in the market through collaboration with other local market teamsManaging market inputs and optimisations to future vehicle programsEnsuring local execution of the brand's pricing strategy, working with the sales and finance teams to review and optimise to meet variable profit targetsActing as voice of the market and client to the global House of Brands and cross-functional team to share best practice and knowledge, and to inform global strategiesPerforming other duties as requiredWhat you will need:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience5+ years of automotive; product planning preferredStrong leadership, team management, and strategic thinkingProduct and brand knowledgeStrong collaboration and communication skillsEnd-to-end product management skillsetCommercial acumenProject planning and execution experienceData-driven performance management and improvementExperience with market researchClient focused attitudeSchedule:
Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
Recruitment Salary Range:
$92,000 - $115,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position".
