We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry, an impeccable reputation and a commitment to customer service at the highest level. Will consider a proven salesperson with a long track record of sales and excellent closing ability looking to take the next step in their career. Will also consider a seasoned Finance Manager with proven abilities that is looking for a different challenge or pace within the automobile industry.

We will take the time to train the right candidate on the details of the Used Car Manager position if the candidate has demonstrated a proven track record of exceptional customer service and deal closing skills.

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales processBuild rapport with customers to establish customer networkProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsHelp manage all other aspects of the sales departmentOffer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.Requirements:

Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environmentComfortable with compensation based on commission salesEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricingHave quality customer service skillsPossess strong communication skillsMust have a clean & valid driver's licenseMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
