A Director of Membership Sales leads and directs Membership Sales in the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize and grow club membership. Responds to inquiries, initiates new club sales with prospective members and business associates. Oversees the budget and all financial aspects of the operation. Develops and implements strategic plan.
Participate in the process to create Club structure and Club documents, including Membership Plan, Rules and Regulations, Applications and all other necessary documentsDevelop and implement Sales & Marketing StrategiesMaintain and prospect Sales DatabaseDefine local, regional and national target markets for prospective membersCreate and maintain Club collateralReview documents, pricing, existing sales and marketing strategiesAnalysis and management of prospective membership demographics, prospects lists and rejection list.Plan, organize and implement prospective member eventsDevelop strategies and processes to capture business intelligence, analyze information, and use it to regularly enhance membership growth strategies and tactics.Maintain website in collaboration with the resort marketing office.Assist and direct in new member orientation
