CarelonRx Account Manager III
Location: Must be within 50 miles of the locations listed below. Position has both office/remote expectations.

The CarelonRx Account Manager III is responsible for retention and operational excellence that meets/exceeds client service and satisfaction goals for a large, highly complex book of business including high profile clients.
How you will make an impact:
Cultivates/builds relationships with client key decision makers including VP/C-Suite level and National Pharmacy Practice leaders through quality service.
Influences and collaborates with internal partners to deliver best-in-class service including resolving operational issues, root cause analysis, and driving recovery efforts that directly influence account retention and growth.
Executes client-specific operational deliverables including benefit set up, reporting, and project support as needed.
Implements/manages contractual obligations including custom performance/operational guarantees and rebate strategies.
Leverages data to track account performance and identify trends/opportunities for input/recommendations on client growth and retention strategies.
Responsible for operational understanding of all Rx products and solutions.
Supports implementation for new/existing clients and contract renewals.
Advises/trains/mentors lower-level Account Management staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in account management, sales, or managing business/client relationships; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
PBM (Pharmacy benefit management) experience highly preferred.
TPA (Third party administration) experience highly preferred.
Experience in a client facing role preferred.
Ability to travel nationally on an occasional basis preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $91,560-$156,960.
