Job Details:
Pay: $2088 per week
Travel: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Duration of assignment: 13 weekly
Shift: 7:30a - 4p
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: 7:30a - 4p
Number of Beds: 60
Patient Ratios: 7 to 1
Equipment: EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, Body weight support
EHR: UDS and Epic
Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Geriatric, adult, peds (no younger than 13)
Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF or SNF experience required
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: neuro, ortho, debility, cardiac, etc
Personality Fit: strong teamwork, communication, work ethic and responsibility
Required Education: OTR
Scrub Color: black
Parking: Front Lot
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted MO License
Active BLS, BCLS certification
Years of Experience REQ: 2+ year of Experience
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
