This position is located onsite in Colorado Springs, supporting the Space Warfare Analysis Center’s (SWAC) Force Design Integration Office (FDIO). The FDIO conducts analysis, modeling, wargaming and experimentation to create operational concepts and Force Design guidance for the Space Force. Remote work is not available.
Duties and Responsibilities
SWAC/FDIO produces a plethora of products. The candidate must be able to work within existing products and produce and maintain a discoverable methodology for storing files that can be readily accessed. Duties to include, but not limited to
Review existing product file locations and recommend changes
Review existing product file locations for duplicative products and isolate said products to a holding location
Work with SWAC/FDIO Knowledge Management (KM) for online presentation of products as required
SWAC/FDIO has a large administrative responsibility. Member must be able to work in a dynamic environment, with changing and emerging daily administrative environment. Duties to include, but not limited to:
Establishing/reviewing daily schedules of SWAC/FDIO leadership
Ensuring tasks from internal/external sources and routing them to appropriate personnel
Reviewing out going products for administrative purposes (e.g., spelling, grammar) as security allows
Codify recurring processes into repeatable procedures
Requirements
Completed at least two years of an undergraduate curriculum and maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable taking the initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly
Interpersonal and communication skills in spoken English
Must be a US Citizen
Candidate must be willing to work on-site at the Parsons facility
Desired Skills
Experience with agile software development techniques
Knowledge of KM tools
Secret security clearance with the ability to get TS

Salary Range:
$21.44 - $37.55
