Lead Analyst, Global Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Analyst for our Global Benefits team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, streamlining, and managing our global benefits programs. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of benefits administration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Program Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of global benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with local regulations.

· Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for program optimization, assess program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

· Reporting: Develop and present detailed reports on benefits program performance, costs, and utilization to stakeholders.

· Collaboration: Work closely with global HR partners, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless benefits delivery and service optimization.

· Policy Development: Assist in the development and revision of benefits policies and procedures, ensuring best practices and legal compliance.

· Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and escalations regarding benefits, providing clear and concise information.

· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, benchmarking data, and competitive practices to ensure our offerings remain attractive and comprehensive.

WHO YOU ARE

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits analysis or administration

· Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations and compliance requirements.

· Proficient in data analysis tools and HRIS systems.

· Experience with external survey data sources such as Mercer TAAP or other global benefit specific surveys is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The base compensation range for this position is $112,300 to $140,100 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.

For this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
