Principal Strategic Planning Specialist

Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis and Reporting : Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.Project Management : Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.Decision Support : Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Chief of Staff and other senior leaders.Communication and Collaboration : Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication of strategic priorities across the Power Business Unit.Operational Support : Aid in the development and implementation of processes and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.Documentation and Presentations : Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Ideally on MT or PT time zone; Hybrid work setting.Travel 10 to 20 %Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.Experience: 12 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field with experience working with senior leadership. Semiconductor industry experience would be a distinct advantage.Some Consulting preferred.Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong business and financial acumen.Strategic mindset and strong problem solver.Comfortable in fast-paced environment and ambiguity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey points clearly and succinctly especially to senior leadership.High EQ with team-oriented working style.Self-starter, someone who sees issues and takes them on.
Additional Information
The expected annual pay range for this position is $170K - $213K. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities and commission pay.
