Sr. Product Manager - Payments

In this highly visible and strategic role, you’ll build and launch a payments platform that seamlessly integrates with our market-leading billing platform, offering our customers an unmatched, end-to-end revenue management experience.Responsibilities:Define, execute, and communicate the product roadmap for our payments platform.Monitor the product's performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize its success.Engage regularly with customers and prospects to understand their payments challenges and identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities using an outside-in approach.Work with internal stakeholders to define payments requirements and communicate them to the development team.Partner with the sales team to help qualify early customer opportunities.Collaborate with the Engineering and Design teams to develop and prioritize payments features and enhancements for billing-related products.Assist in developing and executing launch plans for payments-related products.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is strongly preferred.5+ years experience in SaaS product management or related field.3+ years of experience in payments, with a focus on B2B payments.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.Experience as a SaaS software product manager, experience with agile software development, and experience working with engineering teams is a must.The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 per year, plus eligibility for a 10% annual performance bonus, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
