Regional Sales Development Manager
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers are a national network of dental implant centers founded in2005 to provide innovative dental implant care to patients across the United States. ClearChoicehas experienced strong growth over the years and today is a leader in the United States inproviding dental implant treatments. SummaryThe Regional Sales Development Manager (RDM) is responsible for training, coaching, andmotivating Dental Implant Sales Consultants (PECs). RDMs partner with center, regional, anddivisional leadership to develop and execute sales action plans in centers within their region.They work closely with members of the Corporate Sales Training Team and National SalesLeadership to facilitate national and regional sales training.Regional Sales Development Managers represent our company and brand in an engaging,entertaining, professional and genuinely passionate way. They must have the ability to coachand model sales techniques through inspiring and compelling interventions that result inmaximizing their Sales Consultants' and center sales teams' ability to consistently meet/exceedmonthly goals.
Job Duties:Facilitates training and effective coaching of ClearChoice's sales methodology (Rainmaker) for Sales Consultants and Center Teams.Assesses training needs through shadowing and observing Sales Consultants, reviewing sales metrics (KPIs), and collecting feedback from Doctors, regional leaders and divisional operation teams.Develops individual coaching plans for Sales Consultants and Center teams to improve or optimize existing sales processes and ultimately improve results.Drives sales performance results through individual coaching of Sales Consultants and Center Team members.Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, integrating onboarding and ongoing field training support with routine job functions.Seeks to improve business and sales acumen by participating in internal and external educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Core Skills:Leading Through Others - Identifies and develops individual strengths to build successful, cooperative sales teams and cultivate a common sense of purpose amongst members of the Center Sales Team, Center Ops Team, and Doctors.Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen - Utilizes comprehensive metrics and best practices learned through experience to assess whole center performance and develop long-term strategies; Demonstrates a holistic understanding of the industry, the organization's place within it, and what the organization needs in order to be successful.Drive for Results - A passion for and commitment to delivering results that are above and beyond the status quo, previous outcomes, current goals, and their regional purview.Team Elevation - Thrives on strong collaboration; fosters open dialogue; creates a culture where all team members feel like they belong, are celebrated, and have an opportunity to achieve their potential.Communication - Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.Adaptability - Able to adjust and tailor approach to new or different conditions, systems, people, cultures, and ways of thinking; Acts proactively to apply learnings and tries different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of previous consultative sales and training experienceAbility and willingness to travel 80% - Road WarriorAbility to influence performance without a direct reporting relationshipPassion and aptitude for: Training Management, Performance Management, Motivating Others, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Team Development, Motivation for Sales, Self-Confidence, Sales Planning, Facilitation

Compensation and Benefits:
$95,000-$100,000 base compensation DOE
In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus(potential bonuses are merit based). Medical Insurance Coverage, Dental Insurance Coverage,Vision Insurance Coverage, Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additionalbenefit of employment with ClearChoice.EOE
