Join us, and lead the charge in shaping the future of agriculture at Purple Wave!The Strategic Accounts Manager - Agricultural Dealers and Service Companies, will oversee Purple Wave's strategic initiatives within both the Agricultural Dealers and Service Companies. This dual-focused role requires a comprehensive understanding of leasing, financing solutions, and the dynamics of the dealer market for Agricultural equipment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive growth, manage customer relationships, and develop tailored strategies that align with the company's objectives.Responsibilities:Develop strategic plans to enhance profitability and expand market share within the Agricultural Dealers and Service Companies.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including major construction dealers and Ag providers like Case IH, John Deere, Nutrien, Cargill, ADM, and Corteva.Negotiate contracts and manage partnerships to secure the best terms and foster long-term business relationships.Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns specific to the dealers and OEM markets. Also, work closely with OEM financing including CaseIH and John Deere credit. Conduct detailed market analysis to monitor industry trends, identify opportunities for growth, and respond to competitive threats.Manage budgets and forecasts for the segments, ensuring financial targets and other KPIs are met.Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards within the dealer and Agricultural Services.Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneQualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or management with a focus on financial services and/or equipment sales and dealership industries.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.Strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as the operational aspects of the equipment sales and dealership industries.Experience in OEM and captive finance preferred.Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.Proficiency in CRM software and communication tools.Requires a self-motivated person who can take initiative, maintain high ethical standards, and positively represent our company to customer baseSpanish speaking bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.Candidates may be requested to complete skills assessment testing.Applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.Requires the ability to successfully complete a background check.Candidates must possess a valid state driver's license in compliance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.Working Settings:Full-time Salaried Exempt, not eligible for overtime.Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, additional hours may be required depending on prioritiesThis position is remote work eligible within the United States.Expected travel may be up to 75% of the time.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.Compensation:The salary varies based on experience and qualifications, but typically ranges from $80,000 to $150,000 per year.Bonus structure based on targeted sales milestones.Monthly phone stipend in accordance with the Company's cell phone policy, currently $120/month.Company vehicle may be provided depending on location and travel needs.Health, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.Company-paid Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 with options to add more through employee contribution starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.Personal Time Off (PTO) annual amount of 120 hours which is prorated based on the number of days between the 60th day of employment and the end of the calendar year. May vary to comply with state requirements.Eligible to participate in the Company Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) after 90 days of employment, with enrollment opportunities each May and November.
