Senior Desktop/Onsite Support Analyst

Job Description:• Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution.• Provides guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on problems and ensures resolution.• Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects.• Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer-specific operations.• Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms.• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.• Experience in technical and customer-support required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Supplier Notes:• Onsite 5 days per week (will work between both Lake Mary offices• 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm with a lunch... Overtime (evenings/weekends) opportunities available• 3-5 years of experience in desktop support environment• Team of 8 supporting 42 locations• Clients are all internal• Break/fix, software support, remote support• Strong written/verbal communications• SCCM to deploy packages is a plus• Active Directory• MS Teams between LOBs and technicians• Jabber phone system• Internal chat for assistance and knowledge transfer• Close-knit training/ramp up period• Financial services/domain experience is not required• Degree is a plus but not required... experience/personality are more important• 2 rounds of interviews (video first and then onsite)Position Comments (Visible to all users):
