Join a growing organization as the sole HR Manager
Your new company
Our client is a global and well-known organization that is growing in the US, and they are seeking an HR Manager to be based in Austin, Texas, to run the HR function for a small employee group, which will expand over the next year.
Your new role
You will work with US leadership to cover the full spectrum of HR including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, HR policies, and administration. You will have at least 7 years of solid HR experience within both large international and smaller organizations, and have worked in a hands-on capacity, looking after all areas of HR. Your excellent communication, negotiation, influential, organizational and prioritization skills will be key to the success of this role, as well as your ability to work autonomously and proactively.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a part of a global organization with excellent career development opportunities as the business grows in the US. With one direct report, you will be responsible for shaping the employee experience, and have the ability to implement best practices.
