Dates of Coverage: Dec. 26th & 27th, Feb. 3rd - 7th, Feb. 17th - 21st, March 24th - 28th. One week/month would also work!Reason for Coverage: Mammo vacation coverage for current RadiologistPractice Setting: Hospital based - OP mammographyAverage Number of Cases Per Day: 60 - depending on the case type.Documentation System/EMR: EpicNumber of Exam Rooms: 3Number of Radiologists in Practice: 9Description of Support Staff: Mammography Technologists, Director, Receptionists, IT, PACSDo You Use Teleradiology?: Yes, but not for MammographyPatient Age Demographic: adult, geriatricEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months if MA licensedFacility will reimburse for the following: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car
