The Role

What’s the job?

The Material Handler is responsible for obtaining, inspecting, and packaging of raw/finished materials/products. Material Handler assists Production Operator, as needed.

Locate and prepare the correct aluminum coils needed for the next production cycle

Inspect, package, and label finished product for shipping to customers

Shrink wrap finished product and place on skids

Move material throughout the facility to different areas of production as needed

Ensure safe, clean, and organized work station Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Forklift experience

Knowledge of Overhead Crane

Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs

Flexibility to work different shifts

Flexibility to adjust daily work flow, to complete tasks

Requirements

What do you bring?

High school or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience

Hourly/Benefits Pay Transparency

The local pay range for this position is $18.56-$25.98 per hour, plus shift differential of .75 /hr for hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Additional Pay Incentives for this Role Include:

Shift Differentials (Shift Differential of .75 / hr for hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am)

Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
