Through developing a robust candidate pipeline, the TA team helps deliver the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our frontline teams across Spectrum achieve their hiring objectives through the recommendation and execution of recruitment marketing strategies.

WHAT OUR RECRUITMENT MARKETING SPECIALIST ENJOY MOSTStaying current and forward thinking on new social media tools and digital marketing products and platforms.Consulting with frontline talent acquisition leaders and recruiters to implement local strategies such as recruitment events, paid media, and content development.Testing new recruitment marketing products and tools.Delivering user support through training and communication materials.Developing, organizing, and maintaining recruitment marketing playbooks.In this role you will act as a champion for the business unit, ensuring they are aware of the recruitment marketing tools available and helping them maximize their investment. Additionally, you will support brand engagement across a variety of channels and bring a customer-first mentality to deliver an exceptional candidate experience in everything you do.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsExperience:

Social Media Management: 2 years or more; Talent Acquisition Support: 1 year or more; Digital Marketing: 3 years or moreEducation:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communicationAbilities & Knowledge:
