Manager of TelecommunicationsPOSITION SUMMARY:The Manager of Telecommunications and Unified Communications will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and optimization of the organization’s telecommunications and unified communications systems. This role will ensure effective communication solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity across the organization.EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, ITIL).EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications and unified communications, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.SPECIAL SKILLS:

Strong knowledge of VoIP systems, video conferencing technologies, and collaborative communication tools.Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, network design, and IT security principles.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with budget management and vendor negotiation.Area of Talent:
