This is our FLAGSHIP store, and looking for a SUPERSTAR that can lead this 100+ New car department
Your strong leadership skills will motivate our sales team to create the exceptional experience Buick GMC customers expect and deserve! Our Sales Managers possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and proven track records on hiring, developing, coaching and training strong sales teams.
Automotive Sales Mangers interact daily with Customers, General Manager, Sales employees, Service, Finance and various support staff. You will train, develop, motivate, and inspire your sales team to achieve the high-level performance to achieve sales goals.
Daily Responsibilities include:Setting goals for the sales team to accomplish dealership expected levels of gross and net profitCoaching sales team through negotiation processPlanning and managing inventory and warranty items, and establish proper procedures to ensure a fast and effective processAppraising vehicles for tradeStaying current on all of the latest updates, inventory, features, accessories and other productsMeet regularly with GSM and GM to present reports, discuss departmental concerns, improvements, and other pertinent informationAnalyzing business needs to develop action plans to improve performanceManaging areas of customer traffic; maintains an appealing, professional appearance in the showroomSales managers are expected to adhere to company policies, and are responsible for ensuring their Sales employees do so as well:
Maintains professional appearanceFollows all dealership policies and proceduresAttends required meetingsMust have Automotive Management Sales experience.
