Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a client in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Under general supervision, you will plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body parts. The Physical Therapist will delegate treatment programs to Physical Therapy Assistant per department policy and will be responsible for plan of care performed by Physical Therapy Assistant. Duties are performed within the patients home or place of residence and within the home health department, so this candidate must be comfortable traveling daily to clients within 33 miles of the office. This role will be paid hourly, not per appointment, from 8:30AM-5:00PM and mileage is reimbursed. Productivity is maintained according to department standard which is currently 5 units per 8 hour day.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy focusing on home health

Active Physical Therapist License

Bachelor's Degree from a Physical Therapy school or a Certificate Degree in Physical Therapy from a Physical Therapy School

Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle or proof of reliable transportation with good driving record (all candidates must pass MVR check) with proof of current auto liability insurance for self or driver

Comfortable traveling up to 100 miles per day in variable weather conditions

Comfortable working independently with patients inside private homes and residences

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain patient confidentially Active Physical Therapist License in the state of Oregon null
