About this role

Carrier is looking for candidates with demonstrated leadership ability, learning agility, and the desire to develop as Human Resources professionals to join us for a Human Resources Internship in Summer 2025. The Human Resources Internship exposes aspiring human resources leaders to Carrier's human resource function and business segments. Interns will build capabilities through hands-on experiences in a culture that values integrity, respect, inclusion, innovation, and excellence.

Internship positions may be in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Indianapolis, IN, or Kennesaw, GA. Relocation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in a future-forward HR operating model that includes Communities of Expertise (CoEs), HR Operations, and HR Business Partners. Interns will complete assignments in diverse functional areas of Human Resources that will accelerate their development and career progression in the function.

Candidates must be proven team players, who take initiative, have sound analytical capabilities and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning.

Our commitment is to provide hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch and build your capabilities across Human Resources. Opportunities include experience in different functional areas which may include human resources business partnerships, exposure to plant or factory workforces, total rewards, talent programs, inclusion and diversity, and project management.

Required Qualifications

Pursuing Master’s degree in human resources, industrial or organizational psychology, industrial & labor relations, or other business concentration

Must have an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher

Expected graduation date in late 2025 or mid-2026.

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Prior internships or related work experience
