Maintain and verify accuracy of invoice and receiving information for the purchasing system. Ensure accuracy of inventory records and analyze inventory data. Maintains Inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items. Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas. Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills and Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years accounting/purchasing/inventory control experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Two (2) years of warehouse or purchasing supervisory experience. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects. Knowledge of purchase orders and invoicing documentation. Understanding of automated accounting and inventory control systems. Experience with processing invoices and performing accurate data entry. Experience with the monitoring of data for errors and making necessary corrections. Working knowledge of inventory control practices by utilizing purchasing and inventory control software. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Able to work with all skill levels of team members. Experience in safety management. Must have a valid Washington State Driver License and Driver's abstract must not contain any disqualifying events per the NRWC Safe Driver Policy. Strong Data Entry skills to include 10-key by touch. Reporting Skills. Strong ability to Analyze information. Deadline oriented. Strong Organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of warehouse software packages. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.Preferred kills and Knowledge: Serv- Safe Certified Forklift Certified Commercial Driver's License BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.Physical Requirements: Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pull as required over entire shift. May involve intermittent exposure to negative environmental elements such as weather, dirt, dust fuel fumes, smoke, loud noises. Requires considerable physical activity; intermittent heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds using appropriate equipment/safety techniques. Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB: Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews. Verifies and ensures accuracy of invoice and receiving information prior to posting. Works with vendors and internal departments to resolve inventory control issues. Audits retail invoices and monitors for accurate entry of inventory data. Enters/oversees month end inventory counts into inventory control system. Work with Food and Beverage to develop menus in inventory tracking system. Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies. Problem Solve and identify warehouse system improvements. Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouse coordinating inventory transfers with related departments. Schedule categories for cycle count. Conduct cycle count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution, and to maintain accurate records. Deliver supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items. Maintain storage area by organizing floor space and adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements. Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts and inputting the data. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy. Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained. Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers. Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
